The Corona pandemic has been affecting our daily lives for more than a year. Even for the athletes supported by German Sports Aid, everyday life has also changed considerably. At times, training facilities have been closed, competition and training trips have been cancelled, and some essential sources of income has been lost. 94 days before the start of the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, normalisation is not in sight. And yet important qualifying competitions are on the agenda for many of Germany’s best athletes.

German Sports Aid has been a reliable partner for the sponsored athletes from the very beginning, and not least one of the most important constants in the current Olympic preparations.

On this evening we will get exclusive impressions of the daily training and competition life of three top athletes and talk about the pandemic as a decisive break in their careers, their hopes, wishes and recipes for perseverance.

Once you have registered, you will receive the access link for the club talk on the day of the event.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Carl Groupfor their digital support, which helps us to keep our club life going.
