Club Rules & General Informations

Opening hours:

The Hanse Lounge premises are open to members as follows:

• LMonday to Friday: 11.30 a.m. until 12 p.m.
• Saturday: 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
• Sunday and public holidays

The Club will be closed (except for private functions / special events)

Conference area: from 8 a.m. onwards

(Dinner will be served until approximate 11 p.m.)
(in case of private functions until 4 p.m.)

Club Events:

Private functions of the members may be held on Saturdays from 7 p.m. onwards and on Sundays all day. Please contact our club management for detailed consultation.

Registration and cancellation of club events, e.g. dinner talks can only be accepted in written form to the administration office or e-mail to verwaltung@hanse-lounge.de. Other forms of cancellation will not be considered. In general, written confirmation will not be given. Notification will of course be given immediately should an event be fully booked. Bookings will be accepted in the order of their arrival. A no show charge will be applicable if no cancellation has been received in writing.

The cancellation policy for each event will be communicated on the invitation.

Dress code:

• In the interest of club members and their guests, we kindly ask you to respect an appropriate dress code (suit or jacket), collar and tie non compulsory and we kindly ask to refrain from wearing combinations such as jeans, t-shirt and sport shoes.
• „Casual Saturday“:
  On Saturdays we welcome our members to our „Casual Saturday“. On this day children are most welcome and suit or jacket is not compulsory
• Dress codeconcisely from A to Z

Members only:

• The Hanse Lounge premises are open for members only. Guests accompanied by members
  are always welcome.
• Young persons under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the club, except at private events in the company of adults. Infants and babies should not be taken to the club, except on Saturdays.
• In order to offer our members a quite and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask you to refrain
  from using mobile phones in the premises.
• Pets are not allowed in the Club.

Our partner hotel in Hamburg is the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, where members enjoy special rates.
