in your own kitchen.
We cook a 3 course menu together with you, starting at 6 pm under the guidance of our chef Joern Wrede (2 stars cooked at La Tante Claire in London). Join us from home, expand your cooking skills and ask all your questions. We will be live with cameras in the Hanse Lounge kitchen and Michael Kutej will guide you through the evening, discuss the provided wines and pass on your questions to Joern Wrede.
Risotto Milanese with Saffron and Loup de Mer
Linum milk-fed veal in two variations with bean bundles, French mashed potatoes and red wine sauce
Kaiserschmarr’n with stewed plums
After registration, you will receive a list of ingredients that you need to have at home. Everything else will be put together and can be picked up in a package at the club.
The price of € 150 includes the menu for two and two bottles of wine.
