OMAKASE Hanseatic – 10-course Japanese

 by and with Thomas Imbusch´

The time has come for Thomas Imbusch: after four years as chef in the Off Club and Madame X, the top chef from Hamburg is going his own way. With the 100/200 he will open a somewhat different Fine Dine Restaurant in August 2018 in a former warehouse building near the Elbe bridges. And before it really starts there, he does us – together with his charming and expert Sommelière Sophie Lehmann – the honour.

The price of € 139 includes 10-course menu, accompanying wines, water and café.


Cancellations addressed in writing to the administration by Friday, 20 April 2018, are free of charge. In case of short notice cancellations and non-appearance we charge 100% of the participation fee.
