Club discussion & wine tasting with H.R.H. Bernhard Prinz von Baden

With great pleasure we invite you and your guests on Tuesday, 16 May 2017 at 7 p.m. to a

club discussion & wine tasting

We are pleased to welcome

H.R.H. Bernhard Prinz von Baden, owner of the Margrave of Baden Winery

and

Bernd J. Westermeyer, General Manager of Schule Schloss Salem.

Schloss Salem is famous as an important former Cistercian monastery, as the largest private winery on Lake Constance and for its boarding school, Schule Schloss Salem. The boarding school was founded in 1920 by Max v. Baden, the great-grandfather of Bernhard Prinz v. Baden, and the teacher Kurt Hahn. Over the years Salem developed into Germany’s largest and most internationally renowned boarding school. The focus of the pedagogical work to this day is the education of responsibility through service to others and the formation of the individual personality.
We look forward to insights into the educational boarding school practice of the present day and of course to background information on the Markgraf von Baden winery, which has been managed under this name since 1112 and covers 135 hectares on Lake Constance and Ortenau, as well as to the subsequent tasting of the current wines of the house.

The price of € 39 includes wine selection, delicacies from the kitchen, water and coffee.
