The trio of Sophie and Steffen Christmann and Matthieu Kauffmann is causing a stir in the German sparkling wine world. Their new project starts after more than three years of preparatory work with an early-release of the first two cuvées and we are happy that you can be part of it. The sparkling wines are not yet available for sale - and this will not change until November - but you have the opportunity to taste the first two wines exclusively with us in the Hanse Lounge.
Experience the birth of this great terroir sparkling wine from the Palatinate, completely according to the principle of a small winegrower champagne. The land is farmed biodynamically and the wines reflect the uniqueness of these soils. Matthieu Kauffmann was the head cellarer at Bollinger for many years!
The evening will be accompanied by Kerstin Wiebersiek & Anne Tenschert from Vinaturel.
The price of € 39 per person includes water and small delicacies from the kitchen.
